Made of sugar and spice and all things nice, finding gifts for girls – you need my advice! Ok so that rhyme was pretty lame, but hopefully you won’t think that the list of good Christmas gifts for girls for 2010 won’t be. I’ve sourced what will be the hottest and bestselling gifts this season that girls of all ages should have on their wish lists.

For Teen Girls
The first is the latest season iPod’s which are now smaller, sleeker and we particularly love the Pink 2 GB Apple iPod Shuffle. This little MP3 player is ultra cute, easy to use and can hold multiple playlists (hundreds of songs) depending on your mood. It comes in five different colours (although we think pink is best). Very cute.

As you know teen girls are obsessed with their looks, so why not buy them one of the best skin care sets this season: Philosophy’s The Joy of Great Skin skincare set.

It contains everything you need for bright, clear and beautifully smooth skin. It’s suitable for most skin types including sensitive and doesn’t contain any nasty ingredients like parabens or sulphates – so you know it’s good for you.

For pre-teen girls
I’m sure you’ve heard of a little film called Twilight? Thought so. So you’ll know that nearly all pre-teen girls on the planet are obsessed with the movie. There are no shortage of gifts that are Twilight inspired including the movies, board games and even Barbie dolls but we particularly like the jewellery and other accessories that you can get. We especially liked the New Moon replica jewellery that Bella wore in the movie that includes a bracelet, wrist cuff and ring. They are beautifully crafted pieces that your pre-teen girl would love to wear.

For Girls aged 5 – 8
Girls this age love all things magical, and we really like the new Disney movie: Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue.

This wonderfully entertaining and charming movie centres around Lizzy – a young girl whose father has no time for her. She meets Tinkerbell and they become friends. But while Tinker Bell is trying to help Lizzy and her father to have a great relationship again, Tinks fairy friends come looking for her and … well you’ll have to watch it to find out what happens! Some customers are saying that this is the best Tinkerbell film so far.

Baby Girls
Fisher Price is well known for making great baby toys, and this year we particular like the Fisher Price Ocean Wonders Soothe and Glow Seahorse in Pink. This cute snugly toy is not only soft and super cuddly, but it also includes a nightlight in its tummy and plays soothing bedtime music (you can choose from 8 different lullabies). It’s great for helping fussy babies to drift off to sleep (so it’s actually a gift for mom as well! LOL).
